1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 88win ("88win," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 88win website located at https://88win.pro and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 3. Account Registration

To access the full range of 88win services, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to:

All financial transactions on the 88win Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction via supported payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to verified accounts. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Processing Times: Withdrawal requests are processed during regular operating hours. GCash withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within one (1) hour. Bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days.

88win reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, fraud checks, or investigation of suspected irregular activity.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

88win offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, arbitrage, or collusion will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

6. Gameplay Rules

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. 88win will not reverse or cancel bets after they have been accepted by the system.
